Shanghai port become the world's first container handling capacity of more than 30 million of the standard container port, port cargo and container throughput both ranked first in the world. On the one hand, heavy shipping promote the development of society and economy,on the other hand,it also brings the water environment protection problems.Part of the ship handle and store the ship's solid waste not in accordance with the provisions,a large number of non-degradable plastic products(fast food boxes, plastic bags, beverage bottles, etc.)and other domestic waste are pour into the water at night, course the inland river water body polluted seriously. What's more the current professional cleaning team strength is relatively weak, the current situation of water pollution in Shanghai city is more serious. In order to alleviate this phenomenon,it is urgent to develop a set of ship garbage collection system and ship monitoring system,so that the relevant departments can make timely and reasonable management arrangements according to the complete data.1)Based on the actual requirements of the ship monitoring system, the physical structure and functional architecture of the system are designed The ship monitoring system deployed on the server,we use Web GIS geographic information system based on the B/S architecture, developed network map service based on HTTP protocol. The specific design of the monitoring system is based on three modules, including the front page design, the background application design and the background database. The front web mainly use HTML?Javascript?Jquery?CSS and other web design technology, backstage application design mainly uses the asp.net language and the Active X middleware technology, each functional module was designed and packaged separately,The application logic module is deployed on the IIS server, the Active control module for analysing and modeling was put in the client browser,to complete the geographic information processing and display functions together. Finally,we use the space database based on Oracle spatial,to provide efficient and accurate storage of location information.2)In terms of the problem of the low efficiency and accuracy on ship positioning signal achievement with the traditional GPS positioning based on the standard genetic algorithm, improving acquisition algorithm of ship position signal. Then design a mobile positioning APP signal acquisition method of ship based on improved genetic algorithm(IGA),each one out of the positioning we using app collecting Information, database entry system, makes our system can obtain real-time azimuth information every ship in real-time.The software can be set according to the time interval to send the server specific information, provide real-time and reliable raw data for normal operation of the monitoring system.3)At the same time, the monitoring system provide differentiated functions for different users according to the different roles, including the ship position display function, route query function, path planning function, the administrator function, for some functional modules,In the design of the ship trajectory query function,According to the actual project requirements,We use the least squares method, the binary search algorithm and iterative algorithm for curve fitting of the ship trajectory and the actual channel,in order to judge the reliability of the navigation path.It also gives the relevant algorithm and the realization of the code.Thesis makes full use of the Internet based on Web technology and geographic information system technology based on GIS,help the relevant environmental management department make timely and reasonable arrangements by making use of this system. The feasibility and practicability of the system are verified by the actual system deployment and use.
