Interaction Design Research For O2O Management Information System

O2O is rapid developing in China,have been used in journey,movie,hairdressing and beauty ect.All is close related to people's life,together with the quick development of LBS tech make the O2 O production popular in China.At present the O2 O production has developed very mature.After the O2 O concept was introduced into China since 2011,in just 7 years time,many small and medium enterprises succeed through this concept.But with the quick development of the front-end APP,as the backend support,management information system didn't get the corresponding value,as the scientific classification of the business,enterprise architecture become complex,the increase of business volume,the common style management information system cannot satisfy the companies operating requirements,the problem of low efficiency and resource utilization has occurred.And the main factor is the designer doesn ' t fully understand the interactive design characteristic of O2 O management information system.Firstly the article studies the interactive design concept of O2 O management information system,summarize the value of the research,and analyze the enterprise background and theoretical background.Then based on the interactive design function,visual,user' s activity,contrastive analyzes the characteristic difference between O2 O front-end production and management information system.Come up with: O2 O management information system has responsibility guidance quality,data guidance quality,mechanism guidance quality;visual performance has overall harmony detail comparison guidance quality,information retrieval efficiency guidance quality,movement guidance quality.Interbehavior has the logic guidance quality and single touch guidance quality.Finally,make such characteristics as design guidance.Through data collecting,field trip and questionnaire inquiry,design the graduate production —“Etop Master” management information system 2.0...
