In the research and testing a variety of high-speed sports equipment,quantitative determination of the surface pressure and temperature of a high-speed motion device is one of the best ways to understand its aerodynamic and heat transfer characteristics.Such as aircraft design,missiles and other research,determining the aerodynamic load distribution requires the use of temperature data to evaluate the heat transfer performance of the aircraft surface,temperature measurement provides critical information on a number of important flow phenomena,accurate temperature data play an important role in the validation and validation of computational fluid dynamics.So explore a real-time,efficient,accurate and reliable special materials temperature calibration system,has very important significance.The main research work and achievements are as follows:(1)On the basis of analyzing the research background of the temperature calibration system and the research status at home and abroad,a temperature calibration method based on image processing and temperature sensitive coating(TSP)is proposed,using computer and PLC technology to build a special material temperature calibration system;(2)According to the actual application environment and demand analysis,determine the basic functions of the system and to achieve the technical indicators,based on this the overall design of the system is completed;(3)According to the overall program,Beckhoff TwinCAT PLC as the core,completed the system hardware and software function module design and programming,The system automatically controls the temperature of the sample,real-time acquisition of temperature information and sample images,processes image and temperature data,obtain the temperature-light intensity ratio curve,to achieve the temperature calibration of system;(4)The assembly and debugging of the temperature calibration system for special materials are completed,through the actual operation and field tests show that,various functions and indicators of the system achieve the design requirements,to meet the practical needs of engineering applications.
