| The accelerated development of technology as well as the wider application of the Internet speeds up the development of China's telecommunication industry.Nowadays,through smart phones people can not only entertain themselves but also communicate with others.As a result of the stimulus of new economy mode,the information management platform establishment has been paramount importance to telecom enterprises.And telecom enterprises are supported by telecom operation systems to make profit and make sure customer's interest along with a premium service.The telecom operation system realizes the comprehensive management of business,tariff,customer service,market development and data analysis,decision-making,etc.So it is essential for the routine operation of telecom enterprises.In this paper current situation and trend of domestic and overseas telecom operation systems are described and a telecom operation system has been designed with reference to their pros and cons to fulfill the telecom enterprises' actual demands.Under B/S architecture,this telecom operation system has been developed with Java on a basis of SSH framework and under the development environment with My Eclipse and Tomcat server.JDBC,AJAX,j Q uery are involved in the process of its development and its database has been made per My SQL.Its functions are as follows:Effective business type,account and fee management is achieved;each administrator is able to have his/her own responsibilities and rights based on its role and authority.The expenses report is resulted by user's consumption condition.Besides,the report of each user is accessible by administrator and user itself.Static sheet is established by data collecting and analyzing,to monitor and control of system working status and provide enough information for secision-making.C hange of user interface to improve user experience can conducted without change of operation logic;the system is measurable,accessible,easy to be managed,and with high extensibility. |
