With the support of our country for the Robot Industry in recent years,the use of the devices of automatic blank material feeding and unloading conveyor chain is ecoming more and more popular.Industrial robot usually plays an important role in the devices of automatic blank material feeding and unloading conveyor chain.The devices of automatic blank material feeding and unloading conveyor chain are used in many fields,such as car manufacture,food processing,chemical industry,and so on.They can do some monotonous,repeated,highly frequent works,or do the works in bad and dangerous surroundings,which will reduce the cost,improve produce efficiency,lighten working strength,and reduce the accidental work injury rate.More and more manufacturing companies have paid more and more attention on the devices of automatic blank material feeding and unloading conveyor chain and industrial robots.The circular tubes are common in our lives and can be used in many fields,such as mechanical industries,the piping,the containers,chemical industries and so on.But,there are two contradictions in real life.One is the productivity of the circular tubes in manual processing can not feed the demand of the circular tubes.The other one is the high price of devices of automatic blank material feeding and unloading conveyor chain and industrial robots is really an embarrassing problem for many small and medium companies in our countries.This paper developed an economical device of automatic blank material feeding and unloading conveyor chain of the circular tubes,which is suitable for stamping production and can be used in the blank material feeding,conveying and unloading process of the circular tubes manufacturing.Fistly,the whole structure will be designed according to the real work process and crafts requirement,the detailed design of each part will be conducted,and the static analysis and verification of the key components will also be conducted.Secondly,the simulation of the robot pneumatic system will be conducted through AMESim software.The industrial robots is the main part of the economical device of automatic blank material feeding and unloading conveyor chain of the circular tubes and the kinematics mode of the industrial robots will be established.Forward Kinematic solution,inverse kinematics solution and the robot workspace will be studied through DH method.And the further static,kinetics and dynamics analysis of the Industrial robot virtual prototype will be conducted through ADAMS software based on the above.Then,the whole control system will be designed and built according to the functional requirements analysis and it include the selection of the controller,the distribution of the input and output points,the design of man machine interface,the design of control scheme and the writing of control program,the design of the pneumatic circuit and control circuit,the design and construction of the electrical control cabinet.Lastly,some debugging and experiments on the reliability,accuracy,efficiency and other performance will be conducted after the assembly and installation to further optimize system performance.The device of automatic blank material feeding and unloading conveyor chain of the circular tubes is high productivity,economical and it solved the problem of the automatic feeding and unloading of the circular tubes.Its has high practical value and important theoretical significance to some extent.
