Design And Implementation Of Mobile Authentication Terminal For Social Security System

At present,China is already in the stage of the aging society.Although the social security system has been continuously improved,the method of identification for retirees is still imperfectible because of historical reasons.The report about the death of retirees was delayed or concealed.The events have happened frequently.The phenomenon of pension swindle has aroused the concern of the public.So the industry of social security needs a new authentication methods to solve the problem.In Heilongjiang Province,China,the identification and pension payment system based on fingerprint authentication has been implemented,what solved the problem effectively.By analyzing and researching of the system in-depth,the thesis discusses type and function of terminal device in the system,then the defects in the existing terminal equipment.A terminal device for authentication based on demand for social security system has been designed and implemented,which can adape to the most application scenarios,with the advantage of easy-using and security.Aiming at the core problem of fingerprint security,the fingerprint identification module which has biological features has been designed in the paper.The architecture of Cortex-A7 designed by ARM was used as the hardware platform in the system,while Android as the software platform.The mobile authentication terminal with multiple authentication methods has been designed,which include variety of techniques such as fingerprint authentication technology,operating systems technology,embedded technology and smart card technology etc.The Android system application platform with a number of customization was built through modifications of the Android system.The fingerprint module and social security card reader module were designed.The problem that the data of terminal device was transfered in security has solved too.The terminal device can read information of ID card or social security card automatically,supports wired,WIFI and 3G network,with rich external interface extension.The terminal device has advantages of simple operation,easy to use,convenient application extension.It is suitable for use in a variety of scene.So far,the terminal device has been used in the social security system,and get good feedback.
