The performance of the entire equipment is related to the quality of wiring harness products.Along with the development of the cars,airplanes,trains and other large equipments,the requirements of performance for the wiring harness are alsoincreasing.The technological processing of the wiring harness is mainly based on manual processing at this stage.This kind of working mode have a series of disadvantagessuch as low productivity,high labor intensity,low degree of automation,high error rate and so on.The paper is designed based on the wiring robot working table that is not only the sub-topics of project which is named "XXXX study on harness automatic wiring equipment",but also is the basis structure of entire project.In this paper,the overall layout of table structure is determined according to the automatic routing process of wiring harness.The strength of the work table,slide table and other important parts are checked,and the modality about them are analyzed in order to avoid the vibration when the system is running.The basis for the thermal compensation of controlsystem are provided by the thermal analysis of the work table and slide table.Finally,the accuracy of the system is analyzed and checked...
