With the progress of the times, people pay more and more attention to the quality of the products. The quality of the products reflects the characteristics of the ability to satisfy stated and implied needs. For mechanical and electronic products, we can generally evaluate its quality from the performance, reliability, security, adaptability, economy and timeliness, etc. The concept of reliability is gradually coming out into people’s horizons. People began to look at it as a key problem for systematic study. This dissertation study the reliability analysis based on the network wiring service robot system as the research object.Firstly we are studying the situation of application for reliability research at home and abroad. Necessity for study of reliability is analyzed. And analyze the research purpose and meaningSecondly the paper puts forward a reliability model for network wiring service robot system by studying the reliability model of the product and the components dividing is given based on the model. Then study reliability analysis of the various modules of the robot system, including the use of stress and strength model method to calculate shaft, gear and other parts of the reliability. In order to verify the rationality and reliability of parts, the statics analysis and fatigue simulation analysis by finite element method for the key parts, then the reliability of the robot system is analyzed based on the theory.Thirdly based on the actual operation of the prototype to record fault time, use Minitab to determine the distribution of time to failure, get the time to failure distribution function of prototype and derive the actual availability of the prototype running. Comparison of the theoretical analysis and simulation results with the results of running test to verify the reasonableness of the simulation resultsFinally propose some measures to improve the reliability of the robot system for weaknesses in the system. And preventive maintenance measures proposed prototype and reliability management for us to improve the reliability of the prototype provides a reference value.
