In the scientific experiments,industrial and agricultural production and life in the study of the physical temperature plays an important role.In some special conditions of the place,the temperature of the relevant issues has become a critical issue.In terms of the correlation between the thermometer or the temperature sensor and the temperature field,the temperature measurement method can be divided into contact and non-contact temperature measurement methods.Non-contact temperature measurement method of radiation temperature is a very critical temperature measurement method,the more commonly used instrument is the radiation thermometer.The use of this temperature measurement method can not interfere with the measured temperature field,does not affect the temperature field distribution.But the traditional non-contact temperature measurement will be inconvenient operation,the detector response time for a long time and so on.Therefore,this paper designed a simple and convenient non-contact temperature measurement device for the above shortcomings.First of all,the use of the principle of radiation temperature as the basis for the corresponding design of the radiation thermometer.Secondly,through the use of TracePro software to simulate the device,and the credibility of the optical system design to verify,Greatly improving the reliability of the design of the temperature measurement device.Greatly improving the reliability of the design of the temperature measurement device?In view of the above description,the main contents of this thesis are as follows:On the 8 ~ 14?m working band infrared radiation thermometer experimental optical system design,Based on the analysis of the existing optical system structure of the existing radiation thermometer,the radiation temperature measurement system used in this project is designed,The structural elements in the optical system are simplified,the experimental equipment is assembled,the objective variables in the experiment are controlled and the experimental optical path is controlled,and the experimental platform is constructed?Research indicates,After passing the initial performance test,The system structure to meet the design requirements,In the temperature measurement,the use of freon heat pipe blackbody radiation source,The temperature stability and uniformity of the obtained blackbody radiation source are better than 0.2 ?.When the blackbody radiation source is stable at 34 ?,38 ?,42 ?,The design of the radiation thermometer prototype can work properly.Through real-time single point of correction method,Measured the indication error of 0.68 ?,The drift of the indication in the infrared radiation thermometer is eliminated,To achieve self-calibration.
