With the rapid development of China in recent years,higher education,college enrollment year amplification,professional colleges and universities enrollment is also increasing,the increasing demand for school textbooks type and quantity.Under the current situation,textbook has the characteristics of various,version updates fast and so on,for how effective teaching and reasonable management,many colleges and universities are facing a severe test.Therefore,the university teaching management,the urgent need for an efficient,easy computerized management information system to replace their cumbersome,inefficient,traditional manual management,and ultimately to achieve full automation of University Teaching Material Management.In this paper,Yanshan University teaching materials management system for the development of the object,design and implementation of a set of colleges and universities for teaching management system.First of all,the paper discusses the research background and significance of the teaching material management in colleges and universities,and expounds the research status quo at home and abroad in this field.Secondly,according to the status quo of teaching management of Yanshan University,the function,performance and other needs of the system are analyzed,and the feasibility study is carried out on the economic,technical,application and operation.Thirdly,on the basis of the demand analysis,the overall design of the system is introduced in detail,and the functional modules of the system are divided into the administrator module and the user module,and the design of the system database is given in detail.Finally,designed and implemented system of each function module,introduces in detail how each feature is implemented.The function of the administrator module mainly introduces the class management,user management,teaching materials storage,teaching materials subscription,textbook unsubscribe,user payment management.The function of the student module mainly introduces the personal data management,the teaching material registration,the textbook renewal,the payment information and so on.And with the system test is described,the test results show that the system has a good feasibility.
