With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,people have put forward higher and higher demands on the medical services.The government has also invested a lot of money in the related industries of medical devices.However,the problem of patient transport has not been be settled well.In view of this situation,this paper presented a patient transfer apparatus to solve this problem.Patient transfer apparatus can minimize the secondary injury caused by traditional way in the process of transfer patient,while reducing the labor intensity of health care workers.According to the function of the apparatus and physical construction characteristics,its control system is designed.First of all,according to the operating principle of the apparatus and the work load,the motor power is calculated,according to the selected motor and apparatus speed requirements,the reducer is selected.According to the selected motor,the battery is selected,and the times that the apparatus can run in a single charge is calculated.Secondly,according to the function of this apparatus,the hardware is designed.The apparatus is controlled by remote control,according to the remote control function,the remote control hardware is designed,according to the needs of motor control,the motor controller circuit is designed.According to the selected sensor and the requirements of the control master,the main control circuit is designed.Thirdly,according to the designed hardware circuit and control function requirements,the relevant software is programed,including remote control software,motor controller software,the main control software.According to the motor controller parameter setting requirements,the parameter tuning software is programed with Qt.Finally,the correctness and feasibility of the apparatus control system are verified by experiments.
