High-power laser driver is a powerful tool for high energy density physics and laser inertial confinement fusion research,with the expansion of the size of the drive,the flux increases,the load capacity of the device components put forward new requirements,the original treatment can not meet the new needs,affecting the component load capacity of the pollution problem has become an important obstacle to the development of the drive factor.In order to study the flow characteristics and dynamic sweeping effect of the aerosol purging process,the paper focuses on the purge modeling of the particle purging process,and uses the Fluent software to target the aerosol particles.The mirror box was subjected to dynamic purging numerical simulation.And the change rule of the internal cleanliness of the mirror box was obtained.The distribution of the flow field in the mirror box under different operating conditions is analyzed and the general rule of the flow field distribution in the reflector box is obtained.The particle trajectories are simulated by DPM method and the particle concentration in different working conditions The change process of particle concentration in different working conditions is obtained.Aiming at the simulation results,the optimization suggestions of rectification and import and export are put forward,and the numerical simulation is carried out.Finally,the experimental results of PIV experiment are used to verify and compare the simulation results.The results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the actual results.The simulation results are reasonable and reliable.The final optimization results reach the expected target,and the laser driver The interior design of the key optical components and the layout of the internal components provide a pneumatic optimization direction.
