Solid-State Heat Capacity Laser(SSHCL) is a novel laser structure owning advantages of high output power, high quality of light beam, compact structure and easily realize power amplified in scale, which develops rapidly in recent and becomes a potential method to realize electricity-excited energy-saving high power intensity light. Therefore, SSHCL plays more and more important roles in industry .This letter presents the development state, fundamental theory and technology, makes extensive works on theoretical analysis and compute towards temperature and stress distribution in work materials of lasers. In the first stage, basing on the quality of light beam,output energy, we also make exploring research on optimizing the relative parameter of light-gathering device and resonance cavity in theory. Then still adopt the Nd: YAG crystal as work materials and straight tub xenon light as pumping resource, the size is F5×50mm, F4×50mm respectively but the structure of light-gathering is double ellipse and resonance cavity is void co-focal unstable cavity .Compared with the former structure—single elliptical structure, the novel designing structure have better performance in both output energy and output light beam quality which is testified in experiment.
