With the advancement of information construction in hospital,a large number of clinical documents had been accumulated and became an important component of medical big data.The analysis and data mining of clinical documents played an important role in whether the prognosis of the disease or the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.The clinical documents were essentially unstructured text data before analyzing and mining,it was often necessary to extract structured information by clinical documents' structuring system and formed the standardized data for data analysis tools and machine learning algorithms.Many hospitals had accumulated a large number of clinical documents while providing medical services to patients.The problem of how to provide efficient clinical documents' structuring service for these hospitals was urgently needed to solve.The prophase work of this topic had researched the structuring process of centralized clinical documents,and also proposed a stand-alone version of clinical documents' structuring process algorithm,and constructed a centralized structuring process system of clinical documents.However,regardless of processing speed or storage capacity could not meet the needs of users when using a single computer to provide structuring service for massive clinical documents in many hospitals.Therefore,based on the prophase work,this paper constructed a distributed structuring system of clinical documents based on cloud service,and solved the existing problem of slow processing speed,small storage capacity and difficulty of data sharing in the process of structuring process of clinical documents.The system provided distributed structuring process service and data storage and management service for massive clinical documents for different hospitals.Specifically,the system was based on distributed architecture Hadoop and cloud computing management platform Open Stack,where Hadoop provided distributed structuring process service for clinical documents and storage service for clinical data,Open Stack provided a reasonable allocation service ofcomputational resources and sharing service for clinical data.The main work of this paper included:(1)This paper introduced the non-structured clinical documents,expounded the hierarchy of clinical documents of ultrasonic type,and given the idea of structuring process of ultrasonic text.Based on this,the paper proposed a framework for the structuring system of clinical documents based on cloud service.The system consisted of five modules,included cloud resource management module,unstructured clinical documents' upload module,documents' storage and management module,clinical documents' structuring module and structured data's storage and management module,this paper expounded the design ideas and implementation process of the above five modules separately.(2)This paper elaborated the design and implementation of the clinical documents' structuring module.The process consisted of two phases,the first phase was the extraction of the description template from the different samples of clinical documents,and the second phase was the implementation of the distributed structuring process of clinical documents based on Map Reduce.The map phase had four steps included the preprocessing of data,statement segmentation,the application of description templates and the determination of <Key,Value>,then implemented the structuring service for every piece of data.The reduce phase summarized the structured data of clinical documents.(3)This paper described the deployment and implementation of the structuring system of clinical documents based on cloud services.Firstly,this paper described the deployment of Open Stack and Hadoop,and then expounded the implementation process of each module in this system.At the same time,this paper presented a web interface for user operation and its implementation process,and finally,evaluated the performance of the system.
