With the pace of global industry 4.0 accelerated,people are paying more attention to the requirements of accurate and equality products.The wide use of accurate electronic components like servo amplifier,invert-er,PLC controller and other precision electronic components makes all kinds of procession and automation improve greatly,When these highly integrated devices are working in normal conditions,they will produce a lot of heat,which is uneasy to be transferred in the relatively closed cabinets,and temperature in the cabinets will rise rapidly once the heat is not transferred.If the cabinet temperature exceeds 35℃,the temperature on the surface of heating element of the circuit board will exceed 55 ℃,if the cabinet temperature exceeds 35℃,,which will make an badly impact on the stability and accuracy of electrical equipment,and even causes the burning of those circuit board components.In order to solve the problem of heat dissipation of industrial cabinets,we design the temperature control system of industrial cabinet cooler,it can achieve the goal of remote monitoring and controlling of the temperature in the industrial cabinet.The temperature control system of industrial cabinet cooler we study control a cabinet cooler with the function of single cooling,which will control the temperature at a reasonable scale,and improve the stability of processing and the accuratibity of producing and processing.The main topic of the research is to finish the design of temperature controlling according to the functions of expected temperature controlling and information connection of the industrial cabinet air cooler.The main content of the temperature controlling system design is to realize overall scheme design,hardware design,software design,whole system test of the controlling syst--em.Meanwhile,the overall program study includes the design of hardware and software of the controlling system.We choose the STM32F103 chip as the core processing to control all functions acording the the whole controlling functions and technical tasks that the controlling systems need,comparing them with other core chips and combining them with actual situation of the subject.Then we finish the overall scheme design of hardware and software.Hardware design includes the selection of all functional modules of the functional electronic components,designing the functional circuit diagram of all functional modules,and accomplishing design and productionof the control system PBC board.The software design mainly give the scheme of each functional module,Which finishes editing and writing of code on the KeilμVision5 development platform based on the C language,completes each subroutine with the designing methods of functional modules and adopts all functional subroutine through the main program to achieve to the cooperation and intelligent monitoring of the temperature controlling in the industrial cabinet cooler.We finish the the test of the whole system of the controlling system in the last part of the text.We download the adjusted program to the PCB circuit board,and make the testing of the whole system repeatedly to verify whether the controlling system can meet the controling function and achieve the requirement stably and reliably.Finally,we come to an conclusion that the availability of the controlling system can meet the needs of expected design,which testify the availability of controlling system,control the temperature of the cabinet in the fixed range and can be used to the actual industrial cabinet cooler.
