The object of this paper is a research of storage capacity detection system based on the structured light.This paper proposed an image processing scheme of the detection system,and it achieved a rapid detection for the storage capacity.selection of hardware,calibrat ion method,processing algorithm of structured light image and software development are included.Contents are as follows:(1)Make the scheme of the image solution and build the exper imental platform.According to the requirements of the subject and characteristics of real-time,large amount of data,wide range of measurement and the features of some structured light solutions,line structured light is chosen for system.By analyzing the image acquisit ion requirements,FPGA-based image processor,linear array camera,lens and other hardware are selected.Design a camera calibrat ion method based on spatial analytic geometry to achieve fast and accurate calibration of the camera(2)The preprocessing of structured image based on FPGA image acquisit ion card is completed.By analyzing a large number of structured light images from detection system,Neighborhood average filter ing and Laplacian sharpening are implemented according to the noise type in image.And through the study of image processing algorithm in FPGA,the preprocessing algorithm of structured light image based on FPGA acquisition card is realized.(3)The algorithm of the structural light center point extraction is deduced after studying in this paper.According to the characteristic of the distribution of structured light images,this paper chooses to add the smallest rectangular segmentation algorithm on the basis of OTSU segmentation to facilitat e the calculation of a large number of center coordinates.Because of the different types of gray distribution in structured light image,a gray-gravity method is chosen after compared different algorithms.And with the help of heterogeneous parallel computing based on CPU + GPU,the efficiency of image processing is improved.(4)Design and develop the point cloud image processing software based on C ++.The use of DALS A’s Sapera ++ LT and Sapera Processing realize the acquisit ion and rapid processing of image.Storage capacity is got after calculating the data that collected by detection system.Through the functional testing of the software,the accuracy and real-time,stability of the software are verified to meet the needs of this subject.
