In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology,the traditional contact 3-D measurement technology has been unable to meet the requirements and comprehensive data measurement,due to itself limitations.Therefore,there have been a variety of optical non-contact 3-D measurement technology,which based on the line structured light 3-D measurement technology is widely used for its high measurement accuracy and real-time performance.Therefore,the research on the related technology of the3-D measurement system of line structured light,which is of great significance to the development for reverse engineering and intelligent manufacturing.Firstly,the calibration of the parameters for the camera and the calibration of the line structured light plane are carried out,secondly,the light stripe image collected by the camera is denoised and the light stripe center is extracted,finally,3-Dreconstruction is carried out according to the obtained 3-D point cloud coordinate data,all of these are carried out on the experimental platform of the 3-D measurement system of the line structured light.This paper is in the above mentioned several key technologies in-depth study to get high-precision 3-D measurement system,and the main work and innovation points are as follows:1.On the basis of detailed analysis of the active vision measurement method and the laser triangular method of line structured light,a 3-D measurement system model of the line structured light is constructed.2.From the camera model and calibration theory,the deficiency of corner detection in the existing methods and the corner feature of the calibration plate image are studied,a corner detection algorithm based on symmetric variance operator is proposed,at the same time,the method and the corner detection method based on Harris operator are experimentally analyzed.3.After studying the characteristics of the line structured light stripe image,an improved median filter is proposed,which can better denoise the light stripe image while preserving the edge feature of the light stripe.In order to better extract the center point information of the light stripe,this paper presents a weighted gravitational method based on the gradient operator,and has carried on the experimental verification.4.Finally,the measurement of the surface 3-D point cloud data is carried out by using the 3-D measurement platform of the line structured light,then the measured point cloud data for 3-D reconstruction of the experimental simulation on the MATLAB platform,and the experimental results show that the measurement accuracy is good.
