Design And Implementation Of Technical Index Management System For Iron And Steel Enterprise

With the rapid technology development of computer,network and information,the information system has become increasingly popular,the people's work efficiency and enterprise management level have also been greatly improved.But excel manual input and delivery are still used in many small and medium-sized iron and steel enterprises' management,especially in the management of technical index,which greatly affect the work efficiency and data accuracy.Although some iron and steel enterprises use the information system to manage,there is seldom really suitable technical index management system with the analysis of technical indicators.Therefore,according to the actual demand of the technical management department of iron and steel enterprises,it is necessary to develop a set of technical index management system.The management of technical indicators in iron and steel enterprises should be used among all technical department managers and operators.At the same time,the technical indicators should include much information,such as technical index,energy index,and quality index etc.To provide data for decision analysis,all of this information also needs to flow,the calculation should be summarized.It is an inevitable trend to develop the management of enterprise technical index.With the method of object-oriented analysis and design,a set of technical management system should be established for unified management of technical indicators,standardized work,and improving work efficiency.This paper mainly introduces the design and implementation of the technical index management system,including the system requirements analysis,system detailed design,system function module implementation and system deployment testing,system operation display,etc.it also introduces the development of the main application server,the establishment of the system database,client interface,etc.the application server and client using Microsoft Visual Studio as a development tool with the simple operation,user-friendly features is introduced,too.The database use ORACLE.This system uses the multi-dimensional data thought to realize the establishment of the technical index system,the management of the index data,and the management of the complex report forms.It is also provides an easy access for decision analysis data to meet the iron and steel enterprises' needs of the management of technical indicators and reduce duplication of work.At the end of this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of the system are evaluated,some improvements are pointed out and the improved scheme is put forward.
