With the concept of education informatization being proposed, the means of information technology need to be applied into teaching and research alike, so as to establish a networked,digitalized and personalized education system. In the process of education informatization, the education-related statistics collected through the platform could provide a decision-making support for education and data source for big data in education. The accuracy of the data collected is of equal importance. This research firstly carefully examined the demands and characteristics of the verification of basic data in education,and then proposed a data verification method based on the combination of rules and the BP neural network. The author conducted research and development of a data transmission and reporting platform, which will largely increase in the working efficiency of people working in the field of education.The collection of detailed data in the process of the transmission of educational data is to collect data of each attribute of an individual. The results of requirement analysis in the education industry will be shown in the form of flow charts. In the process of development, the system adopts the B/S network mode, uses WCF to provide the data service of the platform, and separates the view layer and service layer of the system with the help of the MVC framework.With JSON as data exchange format and C#?SQL?HTML?JavaScript as language development platforms, main functions of the proposed platform include, maintenance of basic data,carry-forward of data from the previous year, generation of report forms, verification and reporting of data, and management of system, all of which satisfy the business requirements of work in the transmission and reporting of education-related data.This paper examined the following crucial issues in the platform-developing process: (1) in order to put emphasis on the usage and development of educational information resource, the system has put up a framework based on RESTful so as to enable the flexible usage of educational data; (2) optimizes the standard MVC framework, uses AOP technique to capture the abnormal and verify identity, uses AJAX to combine MVC and RESTful, and realizes asynchronous Controller, increasing the degree of user-friendliness of the website; (3) in the process of data verification, makes the data verification intelligent and increases the accuracy of data verification by combining calculation rule base, simple experience rule base and data verification realized by the BP algorithm; (4) to increase the security of the system and protect the platform from mainstream Web attacks, methods including Token verification, "filter &disinfect" and encipherment are adopted to increase the precaution ability of the platform.The platform proposed in this paper has already been applied into the data transmission and reporting process of the bureau of education of a city in China. The platform has shown to not only meet the needs of reporting basic data, but also increase the accuracy of data verification.Thanks to the platform, the working efficiency and quality of the schools and education institutions have been greatly enhanced. At present, the system has been successfully put into use in the Provincial Education Bureau, the completion of the basic data in the tedious reporting work, solve the problem of reporting details of the data based on which improve the school organization and education administration work efficiency, and effectively regulate the number according to the format. The operation interface of the platform is friendly and simple, and the usability of the system is guaranteed. The final realization of educational information and data reporting intelligence, and data for educational decision support platform to provide accurate data. Finally, the platform has been recognized by the staff of the school and the education administration. Although the platform has entered the actual operation phase, but the system still needs to be improved and improved, in addition to the optimization of some functions, but also the need for the platform to expand the function of the latter. The platform is connected with the follow-up system, and the follow-up system mainly includes education decision support service and security service.
