With the rapid development of information technology,people are getting into the era of big data.Users may meet difficulties in obtaining latent value in such enormous data,at the same time,it's tough to find out information those users are interested in.Recommender systems analysis users' behavior history and predicts users' preference values in order to avoid “information overload” problem as well as providing personalized services.However,in some sort of expertize realm,knowledge-based recommender system can easily recommend professional knowledge which users need.Traditional knowledge-based recommender systems can avoid “cold start” issues,but their knowledge base is static and hard to obtain and may catch difficulties in solving the problems that lacking in knowledge base.Medical devices are a crucial signal of medical modernization as well as the elemental condition of improving level of medical science and technology.In that case,those medical devices need experts to execute daily maintain which increases the cost of maintenance.Regarding these deficiencies and problems,this paper proposed a recommender system of medical devices' daily maintenance service recommender system.Researched the status of recommender system and association rules datamining,analyzed the details of commonly used recommender system,proposed a hybrid recommendation algorithm based on constraint and association rules and corresponding association rule datamining algorithm,provided a solution of the medical device maintenance service recommendation and realized it.The main work of this paper is:(1)Elaborating research status of the recommendation system.Analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of different recommender systems.(2)Proposed a hybrid recommendation algorithm based on constraint and association rules.The use of constraint-based methods ensures that the results of the recommendation of a professionalism,and the use of association-rules based on the recommended method,according to the association rules data mined and intrinsic rules ensure recommendation of the service accurately.(3)The maintenance of medical devices has the specialty of professionalism and high accuracy,the hybrid recommendation algorithm based on constraint-based algorithm and association-rules-based algorithm is suitable for the process of maintenance service recommendation of medical devices.Using the improved datamining algorithm in order to find the hidden rules and information submerged in the log files(4)Realized the service recommender system of the maintain of medical devices with hybrid recommendation algorithm.The experimental results show that the proposed datamining algorithm based on log files improved the time efficiency than traditional algorithm.The proposed recommendation algorithm improved the accuracy,professionalism and progressiveness of recommendation results.
