Based on data mining of association rules in related fields have certain application and development, the domestic and foreign researchers have conducted the massive fundamental research and the model computation work in the association mining algorithm. In the correlation research, not yet has the topic to elaborate the personalized recommendation scheme design and the application.This article research content main use had the data mining engineering research achievement, the example of M company to illustrate the application with association rules of e-commerce personalization recommendation in the scheme design. Through unifies in the market marketing to subdivide, the commodity association category management theory based on the customer, proposes the M company based on association rules under e-commerce personalization recommendation scheme design.The enterprise through to the scheme appraisal and the appraisal, obtains the association rules in the e-commerce personalization recommendation concrete application, with the association rules to carry on the analysis to the M company transaction data, through mining the customer preference, show the optimal display of goods sorting, to provide reliable various combinations of goodsfor sale,the promotion scheme selection and so on the comprehensive implementation personalization recommendation.Makes the science by this to the e-business service to forecast and to obtain the management decision-making the reference plan, has provided the concrete direction for enterprise’s promotion management achievement, then strengthened the enterprise and the customer relations.This article content including following several aspects:Firstly, the introduction of e-commerce personalized recommendation theory. The literature review introduces personalized recommendation system structure and commonly used technology for personalized recommendation association rules technology definition, types, applications, and focuses on the algorithm of association rules.Secondly, design of the e-commerce personalized recommendation based on association rules. This is the core content of this article, first proposed the technical architecture of personalized recommendation this design uses, and puts forward the multidimensional association rules algorithm based on SQL. Then pointed out that e-commerce personalized recommendation has a different design, determine the valuation index of personalized recommendation scheme.Thirdly, according to the M Company recommended scheme design and evaluation of association rules based on e-commerce personalized. And taking the M company as an example for data processing, modeling, and application analysis. Through the personalized recommendation evaluation scheme, verify the proposed algorithm has more reliable quality, proposed design scheme in this paper accords with the practical application needs.Finally, the conclusion and future work of this paper.
