With the rapid development of network information technology,the advantages and importance of multi-aircraft network operation under complex networks are improving.In reality,multi-aircraft are often in a variety of network environments,these multi-aircraft communication network in the face of random failure of the situation,often show strong invulnerability,and in the face of malicious attacks,but often show a weaker survivability.How to transform the existing complex multi-aircraft communication network and design optimization of multi-aircraft communication network of the survivability,so that it has higher survivability,more and more people are concerned about.The problem to be solved in this paper is how to improve and optimize the survivability of multi-aircraft communication network.For this reason,the multi-aircraft communication network can be designed to optimize the survivability,we establish a survivability model,using degree distribution entropy and the average two-step degrees optimization strategy.Multi-aircraft communication network in the face of random failure and malicious attacks,the heterogeneity of scale-free network has a very important impact to its survivability.And the multi-aircraft communication network is a scale-free network,so we can find that the non-uniformity of the multi-aircraft communication network is bigger,and the survivability of the multi-aircraft communication network is stronger.The problem of survivability optimization of the multi-aircraft communication network is transformed into the problem of optimizing degree distribution entropy and the average two-step degrees of multi-aircraft communication network,the genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem of nonlinear mixed integer programming under constrained conditions.In the process of optimizing the average two-step degrees of the multi-aircraft communication network,an improved ant colony algorithm is adopted to solve the nonlinear mixed integer programming problem.By optimizing the simulation,we can find the optimal degree distribution entropy and the optimal the average two-step degrees.In addition,other ways to improve the survivability of multi-aircraft communication network are discussed,such as:hidden multi-aircraft communicationnetwork key nodes;increase the multi-aircraft communication network between the key nodes of the link redundancy and so on.Through the computer simulation and theoretical derivation,we can find the optimal value of degree distribution entropy and the average two-step degrees,we can find that degree distribution entropy and the average two-step degrees can not only be used as a measure of the survivability of the multi-aircraft communication network,but also help to optimize the survivability of multi-aircraft communication network.Further derivation analysis can be concluded that degree distribution entropy and the average two-step degrees can be well to optimize the survivability of multi-aircraft communication network.However,when compared with degree distribution entropy,the average two-step degrees can not only contain information on the diversity of node degree distribution but also can contain multi-aircraft communication network topology information.Thus,in measuring the heterogeneity of multi-aircraft communication network,the average two-step degrees is a better measure.
