Measurement features of the wireless sensor networks and the importance of nodesin the research are important subjects in the network properties. Complex networktheory is one of the important tools for research network properties. With the help of thecomplex network theory the nature of wireless sensor network can be analyzed,according to analysis of wireless sensor network topology, it is concluded that thewireless sensor networks as actual network and complex network, to optimize thedifferences and similarities between network topology and routing, increasing thenetwork life time.The main contributions of the thesis are listed as follows.Firstly this thesis introduced the wireless sensor networks research, includingdomestic and foreign research status and trends, and the problems about routingtopology optimization and other wireless sensor networks problems also about researchcontent in the wireless sensor networks. Next to the related research progress wereintroduced, including the wireless sensor networks architecture, and the requirements ofthe key technology and more thorough research technique etc. Explains for complexnetwork sources and theory, introduces several types of the network model of complexnetworks, and expounded by complex network theory research of wireless sensornetworks, the feasibility of properties were studied and analyzed.In the last part of the thesis, based on complex networks, the measurement ofwireless sensor networks are analyzed, the main features include: node degreedistribution, clustering coefficient, characteristic path length, network connectivity,network spectrum property and betweenness. Study some measure characteristics inwireless sensor networks; improve some measure feature, to make the accordance withwireless sensor networks. Combined the conclusion, the network routing algorithmswas optimized, and give a method to appraise the importance of network node andstrengthens of network.Considering the residual energy of the nodes and the position of the nodes in thenetwork topology, by using complex network theory, this paper further improvementand study the importance of nodes and network anti-destroying ability method. Thesimulation results show that the proposed evaluation method is reasonable, and it caneffectively improve the network survivability.
