With the rapid development of economy,people's living standard is rising,people's consumption concept has fundamental changes,and more and more people conduct personal loan business,such as mortgages,car loans,consumer credit loans,etc.As the consumption level upgrades,individual consumption loan demand will increase.In order to expand the market,increase operational efficiency,and improve market competitiveness,each big commercial bank competes to takes measures,including strengthening preferential,improving loan procedures,and so on.During this process,the personal loan system plays an important role.Personal loan system can optimize business procedures,analyzeandevaluate loan risk,and manage customer information,etc.Under this background,the WuWei rural commercial bank decides to develop a network application system covering the entire loan business.First,this paperintroducedin detail technologieswhichmay be used in the process of system design,development,implementation.The system's main functions are confirmed to include credit application and approval,loan management,credit management,information query,customer information management,system maintenance,and other functions.Credit application and functions was illustrated in detailusing the flow chart and data flow diagrams.This system adopts B/S architecture,and is divided into present layer,business logic layer,and data persistence layer.The design of various functional modules,the main data entities in the system and the relationships between entities were illustrated using the sequence diagram and class diagram.Functions determined by the requirements analysis were implemented by encoding.Finally the system test was carried out to guarantee the correctness and stability of the system.System analysis,design,implementation,and testing were performed in strict accordance with the software engineering project design specification requirements.Through the above work,a set of personal loan management system suitable forourcompany is finally implemented.System testing and the actual operation shows that the system can meet the needs of the business,and can achieve the expected design goal.
