The Design And Implementation Of Production Cost Estimationsystem For Automobile Seat Of Johnson Controls

With the continuous development of global economic integration and increasing of market competition, thinking of car industry should be based on “sales decide cost” instead of “cost decide sales”. Auto parts enterprises need pay more attention on the cost prediction and cost control, so as to enhance the competitiveness of products. Based on BOM(Bill of Material) to learn the cost of a product composition then estimate the product cost is considered to be one of the most feasible cost estimation methods. Therefore, this paper choose to study the cost estimation method based on BOM, design and implement the corresponding Johnson Controls auto product cost estimation system.On one hand, this paper study the design stage of product development cost estimation method on the basis of cost management and control theory from the realistic demand of the manufacturing industry of Johnson Controls automotive product cost control. The product BOM is introduced into the field of cost estimation, to build a BOM cost estimation on the fundamental of BOM model with high accuracy and low cost to meet product cost estimation for Johnson Controls, at the same time it play an important role in production decision. On the other hand, this paper based on object oriented analysis and design method, from software engineering, demand analysis of the system views to impleting system analyist. From the business process, functional requirements, performance requirements, user needs perspective to complete the design of the system framework which is based on the J2 EE technology.In this paper, the design and development of Johnson Controls auto product cost estimation system, can meet the company's factory parameter management, cost BOM management, cost estimation, cost information management, system management and other functions. System could search the existing and new product function, structure and performance of similar, cost data using the existing technology based on the database. Find two different products' same careerists based on system history and staff experiences then calculating with BOM model of new product cost, so as to effectively cooperate with Johnson Controls company automotive product cost management.
