Design And Implementation Of Cigarette Material Production Management System For Shanghai Cigarette Factory

At present, in Shanghai Cigarette Factory, there only exit management system forcigarette paper and tipping paper materials. It can realize the function of material application,return and transposing by management system software. But the cigarette material management system is incomplete, and lacks quality feedback system for cigarette paper and tipping paper, and also lacks function of material application, return and transposing for glue,filter rod and tobacco. So it increases the cigarette quality problem and reduce the cigarette output and factory production efficiency.The production management system for Shanghai Cigarette includes the six modules:database management, material application management, material delivery management,material inspection management, material return and transposing management and personal information management. First, this paper added the quality feedback system for cigarette paper and tipping paper. It often occurs paper breaking for cigarette paper and tipping paper during production. When it occurs paper breaking, machine stop and incomplete paper, the feedback system can in time feedback the situation to database, thus reduce the cigarette quality problem and enhance the production output. Secondly, it added the function of material application, return and transposing for glue, filter rod and tobacco, which makes the cigarette material management more comprehensive. Thirdly, it increases the quality feedback system for glue, filter rod, tobacco. The increased quality feedback system can provide the feedback to database for situation as glue poor adhesion, bad buckle firmness, tipping paper's bad firmness due to too big or too small filter rod, blowing because of too big tobacco particle,thereby can reduce the quality problem. This system in Shanghai Cigarette Factory is a set of management system that based on C/S system, using Java language and Eclipse develop platform. Its database utilizes Oracle.This system realizes the overall prodction management and quality feedback, which reduces cigarette quality problem, save communication time during production, raise the cigarette production output and enhance the efficiency for enterprise as well.
