Under the circumstances of market competition going fiercer and science and technology developing rapider, companies' demands of material and resource keep a balance. In order to get more development, a company has to manage internal resource using modern methods for obtaining the greatest potential of limited resources. The efficiency in traditional work is low and the error rate in that is high. Fortunately, a complete customer relationship management(CRM) system can solve most of the problems brought by the traditional manual work, and bring benefits for the company.According to Dakin Hydraulics Company Dalian Branch, this article designs a suitable CRM system through the research of CRM system and the Company's customer relationship management procedure. The system consists of five functional modules, including sales force automation module, marketing automation module, customer support module, static and analysis module, and system maintenance module. Sales force automation module mainly realizes Company's sales business operation; marketing automation module offered information related sales business, helping Company increase sales performance; customer support module is responsible for managing Company's customer, helping Company unearth potential customer and maintain existing customer; statistics and analysis module responses for counting company's data, offering data base for Company's strategic change; system maintenance management module uses for maintaining CRM system, discovering potential risk and protecting system from insecurity.According to the detailed research and study of the Company's CRM process, this article designs the CRM system by using UML. In the period of requirements analysis, we uses case design according different system user, and processes detailed design modeling according each functional model. In the period of implementation, the Company's CRM system designs under B/S pattern, takes Oracle as background database, and develops system using J2 EE technology. After implementation, we test the system and debug after test. According the whole process of system development, the system runs stable, meets the requirement of current customer relationship management and provides reference to other companies.
