With the development of global auto industry, nonrenewable resources, such as petroleum and coal, as the major energy source, has caused two enormous problems,energy shortage and environment pollution. Researching of electric vehicle has becoming hot around the World. Due to the cleanliness and high efficiency as well as safety insurance of electric vehicles.Motor is the power source of electric vehicles and its performance has a huge influence on the operating efficiency of electric vehicles.In order to realize the performance of the electric vehicles, the run control parameters of motor controller shall be optimized and standardized. Because of the poor reusability and portability of calibration software of motor controller. This paper focuses on the research and design of ECU(Electronic control Unit) calibration control software of AUTOSAR standard, with TC1767 motor controller for electric vehicles as example.The main research includes the following aspects:1. With reference to AUTOSAR standard, the general structure of the calibration software of motor controller is designed.The underlying calibration software of motor controller is divided into three levels: application software layer, ECU abstraction layer,Microcontroller abstraction layer.2. Based on the the general structure of the calibration software of motor controller,the components of application software is divided and designed in a detailed manner in accordance with the ECU function. Function analysis, interface design and internal behavior design are performed for all components. At last, the generation of the object code of application layer is completed.3. With reference to AUTOSAR standard, the basic software layer is designed,including CAN drive, PWM drive and ADC drive. Based on this, with the combination of the object code of application layer, the object code of the calibration software of motor controller is automatically generated.4. The calibration system test platform is set up according to the motor control test bench of electric car in the laboratory. Calibration validation model was set up by using Simulink tools, which was used to the acquisition of calibration system and the verification of calibration function.In conclusion, on the basis of study the AUTOSAR standard, this paper completed the overall design of the calibration software of motor controller, which lays a good foundation for the development, transplantation and function extension of ECU calibration software for vehicles on different hardware platform.
