With the development of TV technology,production of the TV programs has already entered 'the era of digital and high-definition(HD).With the improvement of the requirements for program production,Shaanxi Broadcast Corporation(SXBC)and all the other provincial TV stations have started the projects for High-Definition Outside Broadcasting Vans(HD OB Vans)since Beijing Olympic Games made a great success in HD broadcasting.In this thesis,the video system part of HD OB Van Project in SXBC is studied.The purpose of this thesis is to design a video system in HD OB Van,which is in accordance with the requirements of SXBC,in order to meet the actual needs and improve the level of HD production in SXBC.Based on the HD OB Van Project,the compositions and the related key technical principles of video system in HD OB Van are firstly studied.The system requirements are analyzed and the design principles and the technical specifications and standards are confirmed.Based on this,the specific requirements for the design are proposed,and then the overall design planning of the video system is completed.Based on the design planning,the compositions,principles and functions of the video system are studied and analyzed respectively from its seven subsystems-video production system,monitoring system,synchronization system,Tally system,intercom system,clock system and intelligent monitoring system,and finally a specific solution of the design and implementation is obtained.The main work and achievements of this thesis are described as follows:1.The design and implementation of video production system is completed.Video production system is the core of the video system.It contains three parts-signal sources,signal processing,and signal recording and outputting.In this thesis,the device selection and configuration problems in video production system are analyzed and discussed,then the emergency plans and signal flow of the video production system are designed,and finally the HD/SD compatible production and emergency backup are implemented.2.The design and implementation of the auxiliary subsystems is completed.The video system in HD OB Van contains six auxiliary subsystems-monitoring system,synchronization system,Tally system,intercom system,clock system and intelligent monitoring system.In this thesis,the device selection and configuration problems in all the auxiliary subsystems are analyzed and discussed.A dynamic monitoring system,a dynamic Tally system,and an intelligent monitoring system for the entire video system are specially designed and implemented.In this thesis,the designed and implemented video system in HD OB Van has been tested.The test results shows that the video system in HD OB Van is fully functional and in compliance with the design requirements and relevant standards.This video system in HD OB Van is stable,safe,reliable and easy to operate in actual work.It can meet the production requirements of different types of programs,and is compatible with two ways of program production-HD and SD mixed production and pure HD production.It can also be cascaded with other HD or SD video systems.The designed and implemented video system in HD OB Van fully meets the actual needs of SXBC,greatly enhances the level of program production in SXBC,and also has a great practical value and a good prospect.
