The on-going developments of microwave technology have made antenna as one of the key components of the radar communication system,become a research topic attracting increasing attention.In the design of the array antenna,the output amplitude,phase and loss of the power divider directly affect the performance of the antenna.Therefore,power divider is a critical part in the design of the whole antenna feeding network.The microstrip power divider has a large loss in high frequency and a limited power capacity.Waveguide power divider overcomes these shortcomings while most of the waveguide power divider have larger size,which to a certain extent,restricts the miniaturization of radar and communication system.As a kind of microwave and millimeter wave transmission structure,the Substrate Integrated Waveguide(SIW)has come into the spotlight of research,for its high planar-integration capability,high power capacity,small volume and low cost.Therefore there is a obvious advantage in performance of antenne array with SIW structure feed network.This paper mainly includes the following aspects:1?Different conversion structures of SIW have been studied.Firstly,the direct-type conversion structure is designed by studying the propagation field pattern of the microstrip line and the SIW.Secondly,the transformation structure of trapezoidal gradient is propered to improve the shortcomings of direct type.Furthermore the design principle is analyzed.Finally,conversion structure of different layers is designed.2?Vivaldi antenna fed by SIW has been studied.A Vivaldi antenna operating at 6GHz-10 GHz is designed on the basis of the conversion structure studied above.And then the antenna is optimized,which makes the antenna receive high gain and the good performance of end shot.3?SIW power divider has been studied.Firstly,the basic T-type and Y-type integrated waveguide power dividers are designed.On these basis,an equalized 4-way T-type and T-Y type power dividers are designed.Finally,a unequal one to eight power divider is designed.4?Slot array antenna fed by SIW has been studied.Firstly,the various forms of the slot antenna and the equivalent circuit are analyzed.Then,the design steps of the slot antenna are introduced.On this basis,an equal amplitude five-slot antenna is designed.Finally,a 4?5 slot array antenna is designed.
