Switching Power Supply Of PWM Controller Chip Design

With the rapid development of electronic information industry and the continuous improvement of the energy efficiency requirements of modern switching power supply is used widely,is developing rapidly.Switching power supply switching converter technology combines theory,advanced achievements IC and power semiconductor technology,small size,light weight,high efficiency,good reliability and other significant advantages,has become the mainstream of modern power technology.Firstly,through the analysis of the status quo power switch technology,switching power supply based on theoretical research proposes a switching power supply PWM controller chip design,the circuit operates in PWM mode,only requires fewer external components will be able to construct a complete switching power supply,the switching frequency is 65KHz.Secondly,the principle and basic structure of the switching power supply control circuit is introduced,and based on this research work carried out on the design of the various sub-modules of the circuit,the switching power supply PWM controller chip mainly by start control a circuit module,REF reference circuit module,VDD bias voltage lock and clamp protection circuit module,the oscillator circuit module,500ms delay circuit HICCUp mode module,a feedback module and the output current control circuit controls a peak current circuit module VII parts,in the text of the circuit diagram and function of each major module circuits were elaborated and analyzed separately,and the corresponding simulation,based on the simulation results for the circuit has been adjusted and modified,and in accordance with the application circuit on the overall circuit design verification simulation analysis,simulation results consistent with the expected results,indicating that the main function of the circuit design has been achieved.Finally,in order to meet the device nuclear hardening index,choosing the reasonable process for silicon,and in accordance with the process requirement and the corresponding layout design rules on the chip layout of overall planning and reasonable design,has completed the layout data device with work.
