The advance of the technology boost the development of human society,not only bring huge changes and influences,but also bring convenience to human medical health.The pace of life and lifestyle of the human beings are quite different from the past,many kinds of diseases of lumbar spine have become common il ness to different people.Although the medical diagnosis and lumbar spine surgery have taken some fruits,for some special diseases which cannot only rely on the surgery to recover,the artificial prosthesis has become very necessary.Artificial prosthesis is mainly used to replace the damaged issues or parts of human body.As a novel industry technology,the unique and personal produce feature of 3D printing can solve the problems such as prosthesis structure,thickness,fixed parts and positions were not matched and so on.All these troubles emerged in the traditional process of produce.The 3D printing of prosthesis has not been authorized of the clinical trial,it is still in the clinical testing stage.Thus,the study in the field of material performance,3D modeling,fixed parts,the thickness of the hollowed-out,the analysis of force-deformation is strongly needed for the 3D printing of prosthesis.This thesis relies on the computer visual technology,based on the medical CT image and medical theory of spine and vertebra,deeply analyzed the three-dimensio na l reconstruction method which based on the spine CT image.This thesis' s works can be divided into three parts: First,mainly verify and compare the surface rendering and volume rendering algorithms,choose the one that can reduce the calculated amount of reconstructio n.Meanwhile at the same time,verify and realize the region growing algorithm and improve the defect,finish the valid segmentation work.Then,through the deep analysis of the input image and model,design and modify a feature point marking method,which can solve the accuracy problem of point location in spine prosthesis analysis,and build the finite element mesh model.Finally,do the finite element analysis of prosthesis and get the prosthesis' s structure feature,material performance,load boundary conditions and so on,compared with the results of the normal model,and find the deficits of structure and optimize the structure and design.Through the analysis of Hierarchical slice algorithm to do the hollow out and hierarchical processing,then get the final model of the lumbar.From the finite element analysis of the model to the 3D printing,this thesis summarized the whole process of the 3D printing of personalized prosthesis,which provides evidence for the future medical diagnose and surgeries..
