Design And Implementation Of The Field Test Information Management System Of State Grid Liaoning Province Measurement Center

With the deepening of China's reform and opening up,the development of the national economy is also growing in the range of power demand.In particular,the rapid development of enterprises and the increase of household electrical appliances,led to the rapid increase in electricity consumption of enterprises and residents living.Therefore,it is particularly important for power supply enterprises how to provide accurate electricity metering service.The field test is to ensure the normal power supply in the case of electric power measurement and calculation of the basis of the work.Therefore,it is very important and urgent to develop an information management system for the electric power measurement enterprises.In this paper,according to the design idea of software engineering,the requirements analysis of the field test information management system is carried out.Using the object-oriented technology,using the use case diagram,sequence diagram,UML class diagram and the traditional flow chart of the system in the field of management,measurement point management,measurement of public inquiry functions and accounting management and other functional modules are analyzed in detail and design.The function of the design and implementation mainly includes the following four parts:(1)test in site management,the function is mainly for on site verification of electrical energy metering,can realize the effective management of information check,mainly including:to-do management,test task management,verification archives management and entry information management;(2)measurement point management,the main function is to record the use of electricity and other conditions,including:weekly inspection plan management,point measurement management,inspection application management and metering device classification management,etc.;(3)measurement of public inquiries,the main function is to provide users with measurement information query services,mainly including:the assets of a single query,the measurement point of the work of a single query and weekly inspection plans,etc.;(4)accounting function,the function can be used to achieve the comprehensive treatment of the use of electricity,to facilitate the user to use the cost of electricity and electricity consumption inquiries,mainly including:electricity,electricity,accounting parameters setting function,parameter calibration and accounting results query,etc..In this paper,the design and implementation of the field test information management system has been tested in the field operation,the results show that the system can effectively carry out more scientific management of on-site verification information,and can provide a powerful guarantee for the correctness of the use of electricity.
