Due to the rapid development of Weihai Power Supply Company, the field that involved in the power supply has become increasingly widespread. In programming languages, the system uses Java language for development and design. On the database side, the system uses the Microsoft SQL Server 2014 technology which has a mass storage function.The main functions of the system include:pre-commissioning management, accounting management, operation, maintenance and inspection,analysis of energy metering devices and metering equipment renovation project management. Among them, the functions realized by pre-commissioning management include design review notice, review design entry, installing and dispatching management, final acceptance management and metering point information archiving;the functions implemented by ledger management include the queries of accounting metering point and running metering device;the functions implemented by operation、maintenance and inspection include the periodic inspection of meter, the cycle test of transformers, the change of measurement point, the exception handling of metering, the classification adjustments of energy metering device;the functions implemented by the analysis of energy metering device contain configuration analysis and operational quality analysis;the functions implemented by reconstruction project of metering device management mainly include generating demand transformation, the implementation of the transformation plan, dispatching on-site verification and the analysis of completion.Since Weihai power company metering point management system put into operation, it has been recognized by relevant staff of the power company engaged in the management of the measurement point and the system also has greatly improved the company’s operations in Weihai power quality.
