Along with the rapid development of the TD_LTE network and the increasingly complex network structure, the reasons for customer complaints are diversified. How to further analyze the network to better fit the user's actual behavior is particularly important. In TD_LTE system, Measurement Report(referred to as MR) is the important data sources for analyzing user's perception and network performance. Through the analysis of the MR, the network quality and coverage can be evaluated objectively, which help the network optimization engineers to optimize the network. However, in practical applications, because of the huge amount of MR data, It needs to run a long time to come to the analysis results .therefore, it is not convenient to use. At present, most enterprises adopt the way of collecting and collecting MR for MR analysis. It needs to export the MR data from the wireless operation and maintenance center server, upload to the test tool, set the relevant parameters and threshold, and submit the test request, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive.MR data analysis and visualization system realizes real-time analysis and processing of MR data, improves analysis efficiency, provides decision support for network optimization engineers, improves enterprise's ability to penetrate market especially customer, and enhances enterprise competitiveness. The research system consists of four parts: the base station coverage analysis based on MR data, the data analysis system based on Flask, the data visualization based on Echarts, the timer application based on Linux crontab technology. Based on the study of the four systems, this paper completes the MR data analysis and visualization system, real-time analysis,offline analysis, data report printing. The main contents and the chievements of the thesis are as follows:(A)Analyzing the requirements of the system. Based on the characteristics of MR data analysis theory and data analysis system, this paper analyzes the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system. The requirements of the system are described in detail through the functional requirement analysis. The MR analysis is targeted to the real-time analysis of base station coverage: weak coverage analysis, overlapping coverage analysis, Coverage analysis, analysis of downlink service cell coverage, and base station failure analysis, isolated cell analysis. Through the non-functional requirements analysis, this paper puts forward the optimization indexes of the system: system response efficiency, page loading speed, system compatibility and user - friendly.(B)Design of MR Data Analysis and Visualization System. Based on the requirement analysis, the system structure is determined, and the overall architecture of the system is designed. The six kinds of MR analysis are designed in detail through block diagram and timing chart. Based on Echarts data visualization technology, the design visualization flow chart, to achieve the MR data analysis results of visualization. Based on the theory of MR data analysis, the design of data extraction is completed and the mongoDB database structure is designed to construct the database of the system.(C)Implementation of MR data analysis and visualization system. The system is divided into four modules: home, MR real-time analysis, MR offline analysis and generate reports. Based on the design of the system, this paper expatiates the concrete realization of the core function module of the analysis and visualization system of the MR data by means of the algorithm diagram, the activity diagram and some core codes in detail; finally,realizing the real-time analysis based on crontab technology of Linux timer application.(D)At present, through detailed requirements analysis, framework design, as well as the key issues of research, The system development has been successfully completed, and passed the test. -Under the strict test guarantee, this system runs normally, and provides a good reference for the network optimization.
