In recent years, the task of building the communication base station has become more and more heavy, and it has put higher requirements for the communication inspection and design work. In the context of the rapid development of the mobile Internet, how to realize the intelligence of the communication inspection and design work by using the Internet technology, and improve its efficiency and quality has become an important research topic.The good operation of the base station is the guarantee of the coverage and quality of the mobile wireless network, in order to select and build the base station efficiently, the intelligent terminal system based on Android should be born. The system used a series of technologies,such as SSH, Apache POI, image compression, watermarking, message transmission, CAD drawing and so on, to achieve the functions of database management, base station information collection, image processing, file uploading, file downloading and drawing respectively.This system assists the communication inspection and design and enhances the efficiency of it, and can provide an important reference for base station construction.On this basis, this dissertation proposed an optimization scheme of key function modules of the intelligent terminal communication inspection and design system based on Android. Several important modules including map, file management, drawing and user login have been designed and implemented in this scheme. The main work is as follows:(1) A design and implementation scheme for the map module was proposed, which realized the functions includling the search of the base station and map display by using the database management and map development. As a result, it can enrich the base station data acquisition,and the efficiency of the information collection of the base station has been improved.(2) An improved scheme for the file management module was proposed, which realized file retrieval by using Chinese parsing, KMP algorithm and depth traversal. The efficiency of finding files has been improved.(3)An improved scheme for the drawing module was proposed.According to the drawing standards, qualified wall template was designed,new device graphics were added, and the classified storage of drawing documents was realized. The efficiency and accuracy of drawing has been improved.(4)An improved scheme for the user login module was proposed. It reconstructed user login module according to the characteristics of strong decoupling of the MVP mode. The stability and the extensibility of this module have been improved.(5)A design and implementation scheme for the compatibility in the system development environment was proposed based on Android Studio,which applied Gradle, and made the project possible to be compatible with both Android Studio and Eclipse, and therefore facilitated the functional iteration of the project.(6)A scheme for protecting the core files in the project was proposed,which confused, compressed and optimized the system source code by writing the confused documents. The information security of the system has been improved.In this dissertation, the key technologies have been extended in the intelligent terminal communication inspection and design system based on Android, and the workflow of data acquisition, document management and drawing in base station inspection have been optimized. The actual test results show that the improved system has better function and performance, and meets the requirements of improving the efficiency and quality of the base station construction.
