In recent years, the development of China's urbanization and the rapid growth of the motor vehicle number, cause all kinds of traffic problems and Huge economic losses. The emergence of car networking can effectively alleviate the traffic problem, so it becames the focus of the intelligent transportation information system development direction. But the fast moving vehicle leds to the on-board self-organizing network topology changes frequently, it can quickly in time report to the base station of the position and velocity information becomes very important.Meanwhile the topology of the rapid changes of topology makes each vehicle hard to obtain the global topological structure of the whole network maintenance,so you need to find a suitable way for on-board self-organizing network user pairing, it can make the vehicle obtain information of neighbor vehicles.This paper aims at the problem of network topology changes frequently in the car networking and do the following research work:First of all, according to the study of car networking system, this paper introduces LTE4V2X, a framework for a centralized vehicular network organization. The model uses both 802.11p and LTE to provide an efficient way to collect data periodically from vehicles and send them to eNB. At the same time, in order to propose a new method of peer discovery, we will extend the model to the highway vehicle networking.Secondly, this paper introduces a clustering algorithm for mobile ad-hoc networks. The analysis of this algorithm is not applicable to the highway vehicle networking, and it can be explained in four aspects. So that a peer discovery method suitable for the highway vehicle networking is drawn out. This method decided which is team leader according to the resource preemption order, realizes the vehicle networking hierarchical management.Finally, it realizes a suitable timing optimization algorithm for highway vehicle under the networking environment. In theory, it analyses the slot occupancy rate of LTE4V2X model and timing optimization algorithm, and been verified through specific scene in numerical. Get the result that timing optimization algorithm can reduce time slot occupation.Through sending and receiving simulation signal many times, we calculate the LTE4V2X timing optimization model and algorithm of missed detection probability and false alarm probability and contrast them. The result shows that the timing optimization algorithm to deal with the problem of time delay of highway vehicle under the network is feasible.
