Nowadays we rely increasingly on mobile phone with high transmission rate and high stability,which mobile communication technology faces new challenges.The International Telecommunication Union Radiocommunication Assembly plenary session formally identified that LTE-Advanced was established as an international standard in 2012,which explicitly states that LTE-A should use MIMO technology.Therefore,studies of MIMO channel parameter estimation algorithm and the semi-physical simulation based on verification and testing is necessary.Firstly,the paper introduces the development history of wireless communications technology,development status,the basic concept of MIMO,MIMO-OFDM systems,MIMO channel parameter.It elaborated MIMO multipath effects,the Doppler effect and fading MIMO radio channel model.Then,the paper describes the estimation of channel transfer matrix based on MIMO channel transfer matrix model.The paper introduce the channel estimation algorithm in three different categories and a new channel estimation method based on test was proposed.Finally,we build semi-physical simulation platform and complete algorithm simulation and verification.According to the simulation result,the paper compared the performance of different methods and.The result showed that the algorithm is reasonable and effective to estimate the channel parameters and has good accuracy.
