The transmission network,which is the core of the construction and maintenance of communication network,is the backbone and support of various business networks.With the arise of the telecom industry,the transmission network,as the basis parts of telecom,has been developed rapidly,but it also increases the difficulty of the transmission network design.Routing and band resources assignment networks,which mainly works on finding a suitable routing and allocate channel resource for,the business,is the most important step and the key part in transmission network design.The reasonable routing and band assignment plays an important role in the construction and development of the whole network.Based on the Transmission network Planning And Designing System(TPADS),this thesis will research and design for the routing problem in the transmission network,and evaluate it's performance.According to different needs and varieties of situations,the main function of TPADS(Network Design and Site Design)is designed firstly in this thesis.Network Design,which includes routing configuration and band resources allocation,is the core part of the whole transmission network design.Then the algorithms used in the system(mainly including Dijkstra algorithm,KSP algorithm,A-star algorithm,etc.)are introduced,also the implementation of the algorithms and their specific roles in the design is explained combined with the system.At last,in order to improve the resource utilization of the network,a shared protection routing algorithm based on Shared Risk Link Group(SRLG)is proposed,and the algorithms used in the system are optimized and evaluated.The evaluation result shows that the optimized algorithm can effectively improve the network stability and improve the performance of the network.
