As the wireless local area network technology has been widely used in most places of people's lives,the existence of security issues have become increasingly prominent.Denial-Of-Service Attack,which is the most destructive and the most difficult to defend attack of wireless local area network security problem,has seriously restricted the development of wireless local area network.Research on DoS Attack in WLAN is of great significance.Intrusion detection technology has a good performance in solving the security problems of wired network.However,the characteristics of wireless networks and wired networks are so different that the existing intrusion detection technology used in wired networks can not be directly transplanted to the wireless network.Therefore,this paper proposes a detection data set for DoS attack in WLAN,which is based on the characteristics of WLAN.Combined with the improved method of back propagation network based on particle swarm optimization,we also design and build a detection system for DoS attack in WLAN.The main content of this paper is as follows.1.Based on the full research of the structure of WLAN,the theory of medium access control protocol and authentication mechanism,this paper deeply analyzes the classification and principles of DoS attack in WLAN.2.This paper analyzes the principal and shortcoming of BP algorithm and proposes an improved method to improve the detection speed and detection accuracy of the algorithm for DoS attack in WLAN.3.According to the characteristics of DoS attacks in WLAN,a new construction method of DoS attack detection feature data set is proposed.4.This paper designs and builds a detection system for DoS attack in WLAN,then uses the attack tools to test the performance of the system in real test environment.
