| Medical research is transforming from hypothesis-driven to data-driven. The tight integration of healthcare and biomedical data can promote personalized medical and provide better treatment. However, the existing medical questionnaire system is generally customized for one research subject, it is difficult to be reused in other subjects; the system has not integrated a effective data statistical and analysis tool for data mining and knowledge discovery; the less interaction with patients resulting in a generally low rate of patients’ participation and satisfaction.the security of privacy data can not be guaranteed because of the lack of effective security monitoring measures in data copy and dissemination processes.In order to solve the problems of existing medical investigation format, a medical data acquisition and analysis system based on CryptDB is designed and implemented. It could store a large number of medical data distributed in various institutions in a unified platform. It provides convenient tools to complete the work of data creation, collection,statistics and analysis, could improves the implementation and management efficiency of the medical investigation. A scale template building tool suitable for general medical investigation is integrated in this system, and a scale calculation model is modeled. A visualization data statistical analysis tool and a report exporting tool are constructed to facilitate the design of the statistical analysis scheme and generate the corresponding report, facilitate the work of writing research report.Design and implement two data collection tools (the Web APP and Android APP) to improve the efficiency of data collection and summary.CryptDB encryption algorithm is used in the paper to concentrate the data encryption-decryption and complex key management operations in the security virtual supervisory system of the server-side, which reduces the cost of O & M and the design complexity, ensures the security of data during storage and transmission processes. The system is designed the in IaaS cloud computing service mode, and developed using ETMVC framework, LoadRunner test tool is used to test the system in three aspects (performance, migration and security), the availability of the system is proved. |
