| Barrage was introduced into our country since 2007 and has been spread in the minority.Since it was introduced by cinemas and television and all the major video website in 2014,barrage gradually began to go out of minority groups,and went into sight of the public.With the spread and development of barrage function,researches on barrage users has become crucial.In the era of fierce competition in the Internet,to some extent,the user value is equivalent to the commercial value.Only if group characteristics of barrage users can be understood and their demand can be interpreted,can barrage function be the further developed and improved,and win more users and business opportunities,and not be eliminated by the turmoil of time.Therefore,based on the analysis of characteristics of barrage users,this paper analyzed the structural characteristics,behavioral characteristics and social characteristics of barrage users.According to Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,the paper furthered the analysis and exploration on the demand of barrage users.Then,based on the results of the questionnaire,the Lester scale and the comparison of the results of multiple groups,the author analyzed the satisfaction with barrage users’ needs,and found the advantages and disadvantages in the process of barrage spreading in order to summarize social effect of barrage in the communication.Finally,based on the bellowing,the author analyzed and forecast the development trend of the barrage in the future. |
