| Cellular Automata belongs to microscopic dynamics model which is discrete in time,space and states and local in spatial interaction and temperal causality.And due to its down-top simulation ability,discrete computing ability and implicit temporal parallel algorithm,it is widely applied to land use changes simulation and forcast that reflect in both space and quantity.In the current research,few have applied top-down urban planning to Cellular Automata in the above research and those who have applied are lack of focus on certain direction and quantification of phasic,regional,temperal asynchroonous urban plannig and policies.Therefore,the study makes improvements to the controlled Cellular Automata with land use program and dynamics of urban planning controls so as to establish land use program controlled urban land use changes Cellular Automata.The study starts at the theory of Cellur Automa and how "Three Districs Four Boundries" affects land-use changes,then catagorizes the influencing factors,analyses the effections of land use program and classifies them into global controls,local controls,land use program functional area controls.On this basis,the study established land use program controlled urban land use changes Cellular Automata and validated it with examples.The major research and results are as below:(1)Take a brief review on how Cellular Automata models applied in urban land use simulation.Make an anaysis of the land use program influence on urban land-use and recatagory of influenceing factors of land-use changes.(2)Make a research on files and data pertaining to the land use program and take a deep insight in how to catagorize the controls into three different types such as global controls,local controls,land use program functional area controls.Meanwhile,modeling constraints with binary logistic regression,buffer and planning coefficients.On this basis,this paper proposes dynamic development factors relying on the development priority in order to identify the ultimate expression model.(3)Make an application of land use program constraints into Cellular Automata on the terms of establishing land use program controlled urban land use changes Cellular Automata model.Moreover,set up rules for establishments and adjustments of parameters involved.(4)Take Nanjing urban area as example to simulate the land-use change in 2000 and 2005 with its land-use data,general plan data,traffic data in order to validate the accuracy and function of the model established above.The validation parameters include Lee-Sallee number and Kappa. |
