As a common building material, the quality of concrete is the focus of attention.Concrete choose cement as cementitious material, a certain proportion of selection of solid material such as sand and stone as aggregate, then add water admixture and admixture mixing, whith a series of process and building materials.Cement with a certain amount of water after mixing, chemical reaction will occur, in this part of the cement began the complex reaction hardening strength become the stone shaped body, a process known as thermal process of concrete water, has a decisive influence on the hydration heat of concrete quality problems.In order to improve the quality of concrete, the hydration temperature of the heat in the process of monitoring is essential, through the monitoring system collected water temperature curve of thermal process, a direct control part of the use of certain methods of concrete inside and outside temperature, difference in temperature, heating rate and cooling rate remain within a certain range. Improve the quality of concrete, on the one hand will be studied through a large amount of data collected on the relationship between water quality and quality inspection of thermal process of concrete, to provide better control for concrete hydration heat control process.
