Design And Implementation Of A Specific Financial Funds Dynamic Monitor System

With the rapid development of information technology,building financial information become an important means to support financial reform.However,it's more and more difficult to exchange and sharing information among these independent systems.Especially,it become a difficult problem to dynamically supervise the specific financial funds because the corresponding information transfers across multi-systems.Under this background,this thesis studies the design and implementation of the Yan'an specific financial funds dynamic monitoring system.The system is in supported by Shaanxi Provincial Department of finance.According to the actual demand,the system integrates information from multi-data sources to supervise the flow of specific financial funds.Besides,the system shows integrated results in real-time graphic form to reflect the city county project number,project size,budget,budget execution schedule and other information,and dynamic monitoring to some non-standard operation,provide a powerful data support for funding arrangements and supervision.The construction and implementation of the system provides a powerful support for further strengthening and regulating the management of special funds,and is an active exploration for the financial management decision support.In the system requirements analysis stage,this thesis analyzes and describes the system requirements from both functional and non-functional aspects.In functional demand analysis,we use UML technology to model the business of tax department performance management,including project management,information integration,dynamic alarm and project query and report.Non-functional requirements analysis consists of 3 parts: system performance,reliability and security.In addition,the paper also gives the data modeling in the modeling process based on relational database paradigm third constraints on the modeling process,effectively avoid the redundant information in the database and data update data inconsistency,E-R graph model of the system is given.In the stage of design and implementation,firstly,the architecture design of the system is given,the performance management system for the tax department by B/S framework;in the process of system development,using Spring MVC development framework,the system interface,business logic and data layer;demand analysis further presents the function of the system based on component.Secondly,on the basis of the E-R graph model,the relational model of database and the design of information table are described.Finally,in the design and implementation of the specific function,the design of the system functional class diagram is given,and then the 4 core functions of the system are described based on the program flow chart and sequence diagram.In the project management and maintenance of the realization of a new project,project file management;the data integration module,project content regularly from project based on the related special funds flow data in the design and implementation process using the ETL tool provided by Kettle API;the special fund management laws and regulations based on the given dynamic early warning research function based on the rules,and the early warning recording and feedback;finally,the JFree Chart gives a graphical data query results.Finally,the system is tested to verify whether the system meets the requirements of the requirements analysis.The test system is divided into functional testing and non-functional testing in functional testing,using black box testing methods were 4 module testing,test case test results are given,and the system implementation effect;in the non-functional test,the pressure test software to perform pressure testing system,the corresponding time and ability the stability of the system function of statistical analysis system,and fault recovery ability,in addition,also the system compatibility test,the compatibility of the operating system and browser testing system.According to the results of module test and stress test shows that the design and implementation of the dynamic monitoring system of special funds can meet the financial department of Yan'an city within the city to supervise the utilization of special funds,and achieve the desired requirements.
