In the context of the rapid development of information and network,information and data gradually become a key resource to promote social and economic progress,various industries have built a wide range of information systems.At the same time,due to the differences of technical standards,construction stage and function responsibilities in each information system,the heterogeneous problem between information systems is endless and the information can not interact normally.As an effective way to solve heterogeneity,ontology mapping has been widely concerned.However,there are some problems in the existing ontology mapping method.First,the similarity evaluation of the concept is not comprehensive enoughthay will affect the accuracy of the mapping results.The second is the huge workload and low efficiency can not adapt to the explosive growth of data in emerging areas.Third,the traditional method only applies to certain areas,versatility is not strong.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes a semantic-based ontology mapping method.At the same time,the paper successfully applied the method to two emerging fields: P2 P distributed communication system and collaborative decision system,which solves the problem of information system heterogeneity in the system,and ensures the information security in the system with the sharing,and verify the feasibility of the method.The main work is as follows:(1)This paper proposes a semantic-based ontology mapping method.Firstly,the semantic similarity algorithm aggregation platform is constructed,and the appropriate method is used to evaluate the semantic similarity between the conceptual pairs.Secondly,eliminate the mapping pairs with lower evaluation results,to generate the set of alternative concepts.Thirdly,valuate the similarity between concepts from the defination,attribute and instance,and then get accurate mapping output.This greatly reduces the computational complexity of the concept similarity,and proves that the method has better performance by mapping experiments.(2)The semantic-based ontology mapping method is applied to the P2 P distributed communication system,and the demand-response(DR)distributed communication system is used as the use case.The new DR communication system is designed,and the internal function modules are described in detail.The mapping between IEC and Open-ADR standard and the semantic mapping of information are completed by using the ontology mapping function module.Which solves the problem that the user system and the power grid system in the communication system can not interact with each other because of the different communication standards.The paper also designs a mapping tool that integrates the mapping algorithm so that the entire mapping process is done automatically.(3)The semantic-based ontology mapping method is applied to the collaborative decision-making system,and the collaborative decision-making of engineering education certification achievement assessment is used as the use case.Firstly,the paper designs the exam assessment module and the complex engineering problem teaching space assessment module.The semantic based ontology mapping method is used to solve the problem of information mismatch between the subsystems in the above two modules because of information heterogeneity.After solving the heterogeneous problem of the internal subsystem of the module,the two evaluation modules are designed with the associated course group evaluation module to design the collaborative decision making mechanism.At the same time,the paper designs an APP to achieve the assessment automation.
