With the constant improvement of the social informatization level,people's right to know the social public information increasingly awakening,access to the desire of the archives information gradually deepened,urgent need a large number of archives information as work, study,life and the activities of the reference and credentials,archives as the main provide utilization of archives information resources organization,archives information resource digitization is an unstoppable trend. Digital archives and the connection between the user profile information needs more closely, improve customer satisfaction based digital archives service system construction has become an urgent task.With the development of computer technology and Internet technology, people's ability to obtain information also increases, this kind of situation, the digital archives information resources of archives service research, have become the focus in the archives profession. The author found that, by looking at some books related to this topic at home and abroad and paper, for the paper writing work provides a strong theoretical foundation,also makes the study of this subject has the feasibility of the theory and practice.This paper mainly discussed from six aspects to improve customer satisfaction of digital archives service research related issues.The first chapter is introduction, mainly introduces the research background,research purpose and significance, research methods and the innovation of the work done in this paper.The second chapter is the related theory, mainly introduces the basic concept of digital archives service, customer satisfaction, the related theory and the user satisfaction with digital archives service, etc.The third chapter discusses the influence factors of customer satisfaction of digital archives, from the archive users own factors, file hard service factors, archives soft service factors, archives value factors four aspects of the comprehensive analysis and summary.The fourth chapter will traditional archives information service mode and digital archives service mode comparison research, analysis of the respective features of two service modes and problems. The current mainstream of digital archives information service mode.The fifth chapter is the specific lists of digital archives service customer satisfaction strategy, from the construction of digital archives of their own, archives work personnel quality promotion, digital archives information service platform construction in three aspects, require further refinement, made clear the specific strategies of digital archives service user satisfaction.The sixth chapter is summary and outlook, the main purpose of this article clear archives service, namely, improve customer satisfaction, on this basis, the relevant concepts of digital archives service,the pattern, the safeguard measures on the basis of research, puts forward some questions still need to study and solve.
