With the Internet technology assimilate into the real life widely and depthly,the development and business model of all walks of life are undergoing tremendous changes.As a product of the new era,Internet provides intelligent services for the traditional industries,which changes people's traditional behavior habits,meanwhile it drives the traditional industries to upgrade.In terms of the property industry,the traditional mode of property management is generally based on the allocation of human resources.This inefficient work model will produce a series of unnecessary expenses,and may cause the household does not understand or cooperate,so that disagreements will happened between households and property,which result in property management inefficiency and inconvenience.Generally,the traditional property access control is based on the keys,passwords and other traditional ways,there are many defects,such as easy to be losed,easy to be forgot,easy to be stolen,easily be broken and other issues.In order to solve the above problems of traditional property management effectively,considering the actual operation of the property system,this paper researches intelligent community system which bases on the web version and the mobile version,combines with face detection,face recognition,message push and other related technologies,so that households can use the software on the mobile device to communicate with property effectively.In practical applications,the tenant uses the mobile version to operate,the property uses the web version to operate,the two operation modes combine to achieve the intelligent community system which improves the management mode of the traditional property.The main research contents and innovations of this paper are as follows:1.Digitization and networking of Residential Property Management.The mobile version of the system based on the Android platform,the web version based on Spring MVC and iBatis background framework.The system through the interaction of the mobile version and the web version to connects households and property together and achieves intelligent property management.The system not only provides a series of functions for message notification,repair,suggestion and so on,but also combines face detection algorithm and face recognition technology to improve community security.The combination of the above functions achieves the purpose of intelligent management,enhances the quality of life of residential households,improves the work efficiency of property manager.2.The strategy of server access authentication.The mobile application of the system uses the HTTP transport protocol to interact with the server through the interface provided by the server.In the process of data interaction,the system uses the randomly generated data to generate the string in conjunction with the key which is stored in the database.Then,the string is encrypted by the SHA-256 which is irreversible secure hash algorithm,and then generates signatures for identity authentication by the BASE64 encoding algorithm.As the HTTP transmission process is a kind of clear transmissions,through the use of such encryption authentication strategy can prevent malicious attacks caused by data leakage,improve the data transmission security between the mobile version and the server.3.Efficient integration and collaborative optimization of multiple technologies.The service side of the property system adopts the MVC design pattern to realize the high cohesion and low coupling of the structure.In the different resolutions,the front page of the web uses the Bootstrap responsive layout to realize the function which adjusts the layout automatically,thus it realizes the cross-platform use.The persistence layer of data(with the ability to save data to disk to be solidified)uses the iBatis "semi-automatic" framework,which is more structured and more flexible than Hibernate and Apache OJB "fully automated" data persistence framework.
