Identity verification system is the most important construction in smart parks.With the development of information technology,its methods are constantly changing.Face recognition has received more and more attention from industry and academia in recent years,due to its friendly approach.Nowadays,with the rapid development of neural network technology,the accuracy of face recognition has been greatly improved,but the current mainstream face recognition systems are not equipped with face antispoofing functions.When facing malicious attacks by illegal users,the security problems of the park are very worrying.In order to bulid a secure intelligent park face recognition system,this paper focuses on the following two aspects: face anti-spoofing and face recognition,and finally designs a solution for the smart park.This paper first studies the theoretical system of deep learning and contemporary image processing methods.Based on convolutional neural network technology and face feature point detection technology,propose a fusion anti-spoof detection method.By combining blink detection and the neural networks Classification ability,it can effectively resist the common picture attacks and video attacks.Secondly,analysis face detection and face matching algorithms,studied the principle and implementation method.Since the development of these two technologies is very mature,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various classic methods through experiments,chooses the best face detection algorithm and face matching tool according to the actual situation,uses histogram equalization and Median filtering to enhance the effect.Combining with the needs of actual applications,considering the network delay and the problem of computing power distribution in large-scale deployment,this article puts the calculation locally.Finally,the anti-spoofing algorithm and face recognition system are deployed in hardware devices,using a common camera as an image acquisition device and designed a practical solution,a face recognition system that can be applied to an intelligent park is constructed.The system has good user experience,high face recognition success rate,and anti-spoofing capabilities.
