Dynamic Background Modeling Based On Multi-resolution Analysis Of Stability Study

Moving target detection is a major challenge.In intelligent monitoring,human computer interaction,robot vision navigation,intelligent transportation and so on,it has a wide range applications.On moving target detection,background usually is dynamic.And in dynamic background,sport of background is variety,and different in different position its movement,thus leads to establish a model has good robustness to become very difficult.Therefore,the dynamic background modeling is of great research value and significance.Aiming at the problem of high false detection rate of moving target detection in dynamic background,this paper proposes a dynamic background modeling algorithm based on high frequency stability analysis.The main research content is as follows:(1)Through the analysis of dynamic background acuteness degree of motion and the relationship between the observation window,put forward to characteristics of dynamic background is described with stability.(2)Through the analysis of the relationship of observation window and multi-resolution,presented in multi-resolution down to the stability analysis of the background.(3)Under the multi-resolution,combining on the flow of time space correlation,respectively in each layer of high frequency information on the stability of dynamic background model is set up,get more resolution under dynamic background model of multilayer structure.(4)Definition of the stability,according to the condition in multi-resolution multi-layer structure under dynamic background model,adaptive selection satisfy the stability condition of the lowest layer,reflects the different pixels of different exercise intensity.(5)Dynamic background update the stability conditions are given,the adaptive update satisfy the stability condition of the lowest layer,embodies the pixels on the flow of time exercise intensity change.In view of the influence of dynamic background on the moving target detection,the image is decomposed into high and low frequency information background model is set up on the point of view of stability.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm has a good robustness,and improve the detection precision of the moving target detection under the dynamic background.
